Insights
Describe your ideal client: My ideal client is a company that has at least 10 employees and occupies office space.
What situation or circumstances might lead a prospective client to your services?
Someone who has a lease expiring within the next +/-2 years; someone looking to purchase a building; someone who owns a building and would like to lease it up or sell it.
What’s the best way for colleagues to refer prospective clients to you?
Whichever way seems most appropriate. Send me an email or call with a heads up that I should call the client or if they’d like to call me. Full flexibility.
How does a typical engagement begin?
Typically with a phone call so I can ask clarification questions.
What services might a typical engagement include?
Site selection, negotiation of the lease or purchase, ultimately guidance on the relocation to the new building (if they’re moving).
What about your work gives you greatest satisfaction?
This is a very exciting industry with a lot of ups-and-downs. It’s very satisfying to use my knowledge and creativity to help a client execute on a project.
What do you enjoy doing most when you’re not serving your clients?
Spending time with my wife and 2 kids. Also, squeezing in the occasional mountain bike ride or round of golf.
