What led you to do the work you do? I entered the banking industry as a teller while attending college. I have remained in the industry as serving my clients is my passion.

Describe your ideal client: Small/Medium sized businesses with sales of $5MM to $10MM where I know all of the principals on a first name basis. Also, non profit organizations where I again know all of the leaders on a first name basis.

What situation or circumstances might lead a prospective client to your services? I provide exemplary customer service while working for a community based financial institution.

What’s the best way for colleagues to refer prospective clients to you? Personal introduction, phone call or email.

How does a typical engagement begin? I will contact the prospective client and see when I can meet with them at their place of business or for breakfast/lunch.

What services might a typical engagement include?  A complete understanding of the prospect’s needs. A discussion about the history of the prospect’s company. A discussion about the history of F&M Bank.
Services are generally deposit accounts, cash management services and lending.
