What led you to do the work you do?  Been in consulting services to help small business for years. After really understanding how comprehensive Insperity’s solutions were and the philosophies we follow. After fully understanding our mission to help businesses succeed so communities prosper, I have never thought of doing anything else. This is a way for me to help businesses, a way for me to give back to my community.

Describe your ideal client:  A small business who cares about the welfare of their employees and is interested in progress and scaling at any level.

What situation or circumstances might lead a prospective client to your services?
Typical reasons are to save on operational expenses, to leverage the compliance solutions to mitigate risk and to provide the best of breed benefits for their employees.

through a discovery call where I sit down with the business owner and learn more about their business.

What might you be doing if you hadn’t pursued this career?
I can’t imagine – but if Insperity was gone tomorrow – I’d work with a non profit that I currently support to help their mission.

What about your work gives you greatest satisfaction?

Helping businesses paint a vision for success and then leveraging Insperity resources to execute that vision into a reality.

What might your colleagues be surprised to learn about you?

That I have 4 kids and workout every day for at least 90 minutes.

What do you enjoy doing most when you’re not serving your clients? 

Being a mom.
