What led you to do the work you do?  I always wanted to own my own business, and have always had an interest in business.  Finance and numbers come naturally to me. I enjoy helping business owners and investors navigate the lending side of finance to grow their businesses and portfolios.

Describe your ideal client:  Small business owner that has been in business for a few years looking to grow, refinance or purchase real estate.  Investor looking to refinance or acquire real estate to grow their portfolios.

What situation or circumstances might lead a prospective client to your services?  Loan maturing/coming due, expanding or growing existing business, purchasing real estate to replace existing leased location, etc.

What’s the best way for colleagues to refer prospective clients to you?  Quick introduction to prospect via email, phone or text.

How does a typical engagement begin?  With a conversation to understand the borrowers current and future needs.

What services might a typical engagement include?  SBA or Conventional financing terms. Opportunity to discuss deposits and future relationship needs for client.

What might you be doing if you hadn’t pursued this career?  Own some type of business.

What about your work gives you greatest satisfaction?  Finding a better solution for the borrower than they currently have or are in.

What might your colleagues be surprised to learn about you?  I played in or HS Division Championship basketball game at Arco Arena, and was recruited to play college Volleyball in Southern CA after HS.

What do you enjoy doing most when you’re not serving your clients?  Cooking, working out, playing Basketball, spending time with family, fishing, hiking
