What led you to do the work you do?  Enjoy interacting with people from various occupations and walks life.

Describe your ideal client: Any occupier of office or industrial space, usually over 10 employees.

What situation or circumstances might lead a prospective client to your services?  Their company may be outgrowing their current space, looking for higher quality real estate or even seeking to downsize. The best way to do this is by engaging a real estate professional that can offer conflict-free, unbiased advice.

What’s the best way for colleagues to refer prospective clients to you?  An introduction via email or phone conversation is best.

How does a typical engagement begin?  Usually, I want to hear about their current real estate situation and discuss what brought them to me. Also, the conversation almost always includes a quick analysis that helps determine what their space needs are vs their current space situation.

What services might a typical engagement include?  Providing Space Programming Analysis, financial modeling of various lease or purchase scenarios, market surveys for available properties, and of course, negotiating the best deal for my clients!

What might you be doing if you hadn’t pursued this career? I took at career test in high school and the result was that I was best suited to be an insurance salesman. Fortunately, I found real estate, which I love!

What about your work gives you greatest satisfaction? Saving my clients money through negotiating an aggressive deal.

What might your colleagues be surprised to learn about you?
I’ve become a golf nut over the past couple of years.

What do you enjoy doing most when you’re not serving your clients?   Spending time with my wife, son and daughter. Of course getting in 18 holes, if I can!
